The Fat Snook (and sister restaurant Crush XI) ownership has developed an incredible menu and the foodie fan base to go along with it. What was missing was the “vibe” to pull it all together and do the offerings justice. By incorporating a contemporary approach to shoreline culture, this rebrand captures the vibrancy of farm-(and dock)-to-table ingredients and delivers it in a simple, casual and unexpectedly unfussy persona.
